🔁 Returns & Exchanges

At Tundra Comics, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. However, because our products are printed media and often seasonal, we offer returns or exchanges in limited circumstances:

📚 Books & Calendars

  • All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • We do not accept returns for reasons such as:

    • Change of mind

    • Ordering the wrong item

    • Minor cosmetic wear from shipping

    • Failure to protect shipped package if left unattended

🚨 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to help.

To request a replacement:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number and photos of the damage or defect

  3. Email us at: support@tundracomics.com

If approved, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.

📦 Returns Not Accepted For:

  • Opened or used calendars (due to time sensitivity)

  • Comic books with light wear from handling

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Orders delivered more than 30 days ago

🇨🇦 International Orders

We are not able to offer returns or exchanges for international orders unless the item arrives damaged.
